Yarborough Applegate is proud to be the leading firm in South Carolina for dram shop and victims of drunk driving cases. Dram shop, a niche area of tort law, holds bars and other alcohol retailers accountable for injuries or death caused in part by the unsafe service of alcohol to customers. In addition to literally writing the book on this topic, in 2021 alone our team has obtained more than $45 million in dram shop settlements and judgments for our clients.
This fall, we’ve been busy preparing cases and securing results for those who have suffered an injury or loss after an over-served individual got behind the wheel of a car. Next month, our attorneys will take the lead on educating our peers on what we’ve learned from handling these cases through a series of continuing education opportunities. Read on for more details about each of the programs and to find out how you can sign up.
