Yarborough Applegate is thrilled to announce the promotion of its longtime Associate Attorney Douglas Jennings to Partner, alongside the firm’s founders William Applegate and David Yarborough.
Jennings joined the Yarborough Applegate team in 2010 – not long after the firm’s founding – and has had an incredible impact on both his clients, and the firm. Jennings is responsible for winning multiple multi-million dollar, high profile cases. His primary practice areas are litigating tractor trailer collisions, bad faith (insurance) litigation, motor vehicle collisions, wrongful death lawsuits, medical malpractice, commercial/business litigation, and premises liability. Jennings’ work is frequently recognized by colleagues, recently awarded as a 2018 Rising Star by Super Lawyers, Top 10 Under 40 in 2015 by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys (NAOPIA), and the Top 40 Under 40 in 2017 by the National Trial Lawyers.
William Applegate states, “Douglas has long been a fixture on our team, and we are thrilled to recognize his work and dedication to his clients through this promotion.”
David Yarborough agrees, stating – “Making Douglas partner was an obvious decision, and we look forward to seeing his growth continue.”
Jennings, a Bennettsville, SC native attended Clemson University before enrolling into the Charleston School of Law.
