Please join us in congratulating Partner David Lail for being reelected to the South Carolina Association for Justice (SCAJ) Board of Governors for a second term, as well as being elected to serve on the SCAJ Executive Committee.
The South Carolina Association for Justice is a membership organization of over 1,200 attorneys across the state. Sworn to advocate for fairness under the law, SCAJ members have a shared mission to “protect the rights of the individual; to seek justice through open and fair courtrooms; to resist unjust laws; to support policies that hold wrongdoers accountable; to strengthen the justice system through education and action; and to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in the legal profession.”
“It’s an honor to continue serving on the Board of Governors, as well as to step into this new role on the SCAJ Executive Committee,” Lail says. “SCAJ plays a critical role in protecting the rights of all individuals, and I’m eager to continue my work there.”
A personal injury lawyer in Charleston, South Carolina, Lail devotes much of his practice representing drunk driving victims in dram shop litigation and has written and presented extensively on this niche practice area. To contact him or read more about his practice, click here.
