Yarborough Applegate is once again honored to be represented in the South Carolina Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists. Attorneys David B. Yarborough, Jr. and William E. Applegate, IV have both been named to the Top 10 in Charleston and Top 25 in South Carolina lists. Attorneys Douglas E. Jennings, David Lail and Christopher Bryant have all been named to the South Carolina Rising Stars list.
These lists are compiled to help people searching for attorneys find the “best of the best” in their area. Super Lawyers recognizes attorneys who are recognized by their peers for distinguished work and professional achievement in their legal practice. The rigorous selection process is multi-phased and includes peer nomination, independent research and peer evaluation. The Rising Stars list identifies the up-and-coming attorneys in each state recognizing those that have been practicing for 10 years or less or those who are 40 years old or younger.

Yarborough Applegate is honored to have six of our attorneys named to the 2021 South Carolina Super Lawyers list, an annual distinction that recognizes emerging and top talent in the state.
Five of our seven attorneys have been named as 2020 Super Lawyers Honorees or Rising Star Honorees, and our founding partner, David Yarborough, has been selected to the Top 10 in Charleston and Top 25 in South Carolina.
For the second year in a row, attorneys David Yarborough, William Applegate and Douglas Jennings of Yarborough Applegate Law Firm were named in the 2019 Legal Elite of the Lowcountry edition of Charleston Business Magazine in the “Personal Injury” category.
