The Case: Our client was seriously injured as a result of a pharmacist filling her prescription with the wrong medication. We discovered that prior to this incident, when a large pharmacy chain took over the small town pharmacy, they forced the pharmacy staff to expedite their work, filling approximately 400 prescriptions per day, compared to the previous 100.
