The Case: The attorneys of Yarborough Applegate recently received a policy limits settlement of $1,000,000 for a Deputy who was permanently injured when a bar patron pulled directly into his oncoming lane of travel. Tragically, the impaired female driver—also a victim of the bar’s failure to follow SC law by serving her an excessive amount of alcohol—was killed in the crash.
