The Outcome: David Yarborough and Liam Duffy obtained a settlement of $5.5 million for our clients who were injured when their car was hit head-on by a drunk driver headed the wrong way on I-26. The impaired driver had been celebrating her 29th birthday at two bars, one in downtown Charleston, in advance of the 3 a.m. crash.
