The National Trial Lawyers is a professional organization of the premier trial lawyers from across the country who have demonstrated exceptional qualifications in civil plaintiff law or criminal defense. Membership is by invitation only and is limited to the top 40 attorneys in each state or region. The selection process for this honor is based on a multi-phase process, including peer nominations combined with third-party research.
Perry’s practice focuses exclusively on litigation and trial work, and he handles cases ranging from wrongful death and personal injury to consumer class actions and products liability. He has successfully tried cases all throughout the state of South Carolina in his career, and most recently was part of Yarborough Applegate’s 21-million dollar verdict in Colleton County, where he was born and raised. Prior to joining Yarborough Applegate last year, Perry spent nearly a decade defending professional liability cases, an experience he draws upon now in handling cases for injured clients due to nursing home abuse and neglect, premises liability, tractor trailer accidents and wrongful death.
