The National Trial Lawyers is a professional organization comprised of the premier trial lawyers from across the country who have demonstrated exceptional qualifications in civil plaintiff law or criminal defense. Membership is by invitation only and is limited to the top 40 attorneys in each state or region. The selection process for this honor is based on a multi-phase process, including peer nominations combined with third-party research.
This recognition comes on the heels of Liam’s central role in the firm’s record-setting, $21 million-dollar jury verdict last year in a powerline electrocution and wrongful death case.
Liam’s practice focuses on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases of all types, including electrocutions, product liability, dram shop, premises liability and more. Liam’s creativeness, technological savvy, and forward-thinking approach to trial work has helped his clients achieve numerous seven-figure recoveries since rejoining Yarborough Applegate in early 2019. In addition to his membership in The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40, Liam has also been selected to the South Carolina Super Lawyers Rising Star list for 2020.
