All too often, seniors in nursing homes, are being taken advantage of by large corporations who are cutting staff and salaries – measures aimed at moving their bottom line at the expense of residents. Nursing home abuse exists in many forms, many of which can be difficult to prove or are written off as a product of old age of the victim. Because of the nature of these cases, it is important to employ the expertise of an experienced legal team. Yarborough Applegate’s nursing home abuse attorneys have the skills and experience to recognize elder abuse – and will advocate aggressively to find a resolution.
