On Saturday, April 14, Yarborough Applegate’s David Lail and his family returned to Columbia to “Walk Like MADD” for their second year. The Yarborough Applegate team proudly met their personal fundraising goal, and Mothers Against Drunk Driving exceeded their goal for the event, raising nearly $38,000 for their efforts to prevent and eliminate drunk driving.
Yarborough Applegate’s team participation in the Walk is just one aspect of their ongoing partnership with Mothers Against Drunk Driving, which began officially in 2017. This year, Walk Like MADD celebrates its 10th anniversary, and there are many more opportunities to participate. You can find our team at South Carolina’s next Walk Like MADD event in South Carolina, slated for October 8th in Greenville. Join us by registering here. And if you are interested our team is still accepting donations for the Columbia walk. Learn more.
