William Applegate has been elected to the Board of Trustees of the Historic Charleston Foundation.
Established in 1947, the Historic Charleston Foundation aims “to preserve and protect the unique historical, architectural, and cultural character of Charleston and the Lowcountry area that surrounds it.”
Grounded in a goal of architectural preservation, HCF also strives to help guide the changing city landscape by focusing on diversity initiatives, transportation, local business and overall quality of life for Charleston residents.
