Lail has recovered significant compensation for clients in a variety of cases including: bad faith insurance practices, product defects, child abuse at school, motor vehicle collisions caused by drunk drivers, nursing home negligence and abuse, dog bites, and negligence by retail stores, hotels, homeowners, and school districts for premises injuries, among others. In addition to his personal injury practice, David handles cases for plaintiffs in business disputes in both state and federal court.
