Plaintiffs’ lawyer David Lail has been selected to the 2016 South Carolina Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.
Each year, no more than 2.5% of South Carolina lawyers are selected to receive this distinguished honor. Lail’s work representing plaintiffs, primarily in personal injury litigation, was the basis for his selection to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.
Super Lawyers rates lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area.
Lail began practicing law in 2011 and has successfully litigated a wide variety of cases—from civil rights violations to highway road defects. In just 5 years of practice, Lail has helped achieve over $57.8 million in verdicts, judgments, and settlements on behalf of Yarborough Applegate clients.
