Yarborough Applegate attorney David Lail and paralegal Amy Johnson recently presented at The National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), the leading paralegal association in the U.S. Their webinar, Dram Shop/Liquor Liability Litigation, is the second of two webinars they’ve presented over the past year.
During the presentation, Lail and Johnson guided attendees through the process of gathering the evidence necessary to prove or defend a dram shop case. In addition, attendees gained valuable insight on how to gather advanced content, including industry experts, scientific experts, and how to make sure those experts have the evidence to form their opinions.
Attendees of the Dram Shop/Liquor Liability Litigation webinar received 1.5 hours in continuing legal education (CLE) credit.
Thanks to David and Amy for sharing their experience and insight with other legal professionals.
