We filed a lawsuit against the framing contractors, and both of their insurance companies attempted to evade responsibility and cancel their coverage by filing separate declaratory judgment actions. On the eve of the DJ trial and the trial of the underlying case, the insurance companies tendered this coverage, allowing for this substantial recovery.
