Railway Accidents: All Too Common Personal Injury Cause

Posted: April 5, 2016

This week, an Amtrak train crash left two people dead and over 30 injured in Chester, Pa. This news comes just one month after an Amtrak train derailed in Kansas.

“This is a terrible disaster that never should have happened. We will be awaiting the results of a full-scale investigation; it is apparent that there were some obvious errors made here,” said Applegate, Attorney at Yarborough Applegate Law Firm.

Unfortunately, accidents like these occur far too often. In South Carolina alone last year, there were 15 reported train accidents.
